Yes - Before 11pm. After 11pm your ticket still gives you entry but if you arrive late and the club is at capacity you will have to wait and queue.
Your membership pass will be sent to you via the email address your provided at time of purchase within 24 hours. You will be send a PDF pass and an Apple Wallet pass.
Yes, you do not need to print your ticket as long as the barcode can be clearly scanned on your phone display. You can either show your PDF pass or the Apple Wallet pass.
If you forget your membership pass we will still be able to allow you entry as long as you have your matching photo ID. This may result in you having to queue longer.
Yes - Photo ID is required at all of our events and will be required to be shown on entry with your membership pass.
No - Your pass is none transferrable. Only you can use your own pass.

Yes - Please send duration (in full weeks) which you would like to pause your membership for to: email@example.com.
Your pass will be declined at Loyal Events while membership is paused.
The notice period for cancellation is 7 days (one full week). This allows up for changes in our system to take effect.
To cancel your membership simply email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes - You can reinstate a cancelled membership, however you will not be able to claim any introductory offer when reinstating.
If your card is declined we will notify you via email. We will automatically try to collect payment 2 days later. You will have 5 days to update your card details or your membership will be cancelled.
We will email you before your card expires so you can update the details. If you fail to do so your payment will be declined by your bank. Please see FAQ above.
Yes - You can cancel your membership as any time.
